Refund policy

At VYBE Supply co, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of vape products and for hygiene and safety reasons, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Products must not show signs of damage or tampering

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened vape devices
Opened e-liquids or nic salts
Disposable vapes
Coils, pods, cartridges, and mouthpieces
Clearance or sale items
Gift cards

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Once inspected and approved, we may offer:

A replacement
Store credit
A refund where applicable

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as VYBE Supply co cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Age Restriction

By purchasing from VYBE Supply co, you confirm that you are of legal smoking/vaping age in your area. We reserve the right to cancel orders if age verification cannot be completed.
